1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between the individual developer (the "Operator", "We", "Us") and you (the "User", "You"), using the Anton mobile dating application (the "App", "Service").
1.2. The App is a platform for making romantic connections through algorithmic compatibility-based matching using psychological characteristics and stated preferences.
1.3. By using the App, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately stop using the App.
1.4. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Operator and the User. By starting to use the App, you enter into a service agreement on the terms set forth herein.
1.5. The App is available for download on the App Store, RuStore, Google Play, and other platforms and is intended for use on iOS and Android devices.
1.6. The Operator reserves the right to modify or supplement these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication in the App. In the event of material changes affecting User rights, the Operator will notify Users via push notification or in-App message at least 7 (seven) calendar days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.7. The current version of the Terms is always available within the App.

2.4. The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration or block an account in the event of a violation of these Terms, provision of false information, or for other justified reasons.
2.5. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All actions performed under your account are deemed to be your own.
2.6. You must immediately notify the Operator of any unauthorised access to your account or other security incidents.
2.7. One account may be used only by one person. Transferring an account to third parties is prohibited.
3.1. The App is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
3.2. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old by checking the relevant box.
3.3. The Operator is not responsible for the accuracy of the age stated by the User. If the Operator learns that a User is under 18, the account will be immediately blocked and permanently deleted.
3.4. Use of the App by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited and will result in account deletion and removal of all associated data.
4.1. After completing registration and the questionnaire, every User is required to undergo mandatory identity verification. Verification is a prerequisite for access to the matchmaking functionality.
4.2. Verification works as follows: you are asked to take a photo of yourself in a specified pose. The photo is submitted for manual review by the Operator's moderator.
4.3. Verification is reviewed within 24 (twenty-four) hours of submission. You will receive a notification of approval or rejection, with a reason provided in case of rejection.
4.4. Grounds for rejecting verification include:
4.5. When the main profile photo is changed, your verification is automatically revoked. The new photo is submitted for moderator review. Verification may be denied if a discrepancy is identified, and the account may be blocked.
4.6. Attempting to pass verification using another person's photo is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account deletion.

5.4. The Operator reserves the right to remove photos or other content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
5.5. By uploading content to the App, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such content for the purposes of operating the App, algorithmic matching, and moderation.
5.6. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of user-provided data, except for photos reviewed as part of the verification process. You bear full responsibility for the content and consequences of the information in your profile.

6.2. The matching algorithm is based on analysis of your questionnaire data and preferences. The Operator does not guarantee that the algorithm will find an ideal partner or lead to any romantic relationship.
6.3. The Operator is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or truthfulness of information provided by other Users in their profiles.
6.4. You understand and agree that any interaction with other Users, including in-App chat communication and any meetings outside the App, is at your own risk.
7.1. When a mutual match occurs, both Users gain access to a built-in in-App chat. No personal contact details of either party are transmitted or disclosed in the process. All communication takes place exclusively within the App.
7.2. To begin communicating, both Users must answer three questions presented by the App. The answers are revealed to both parties simultaneously, after which the chat is unlocked.
7.3. You agree to maintain respectful communication in the chat. The following is prohibited in the chat:
7.4. You may delete a match at any time. You may also report the other person directly from the chat. Reports are handled in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
7.5. Chat message content is retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements and may be accessed by moderators when reviewing complaints. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
8.1. The App allows Users to invite friends as advisors via a unique invitation code. A friend who accepts the invitation becomes an advisor and may:
8.2. The advisor group is private: advisor actions are not visible to other App Users. The only publicly visible element is the advisor opinion added to your profile, unless you have deleted it.
8.3. By using the Friend Assistance Feature (inviting advisors or accepting an invitation), you expressly agree that:
8.4. The number of advisors you may connect depends on whether you have Anton Prime access (including open beta testing or promo access). Without such access, you may connect up to 2 (two) advisors; with active Anton Prime access, up to 8 (eight). If a paid subscription expires, advisors connected above the base limit may remain.
8.5. Without Anton Prime access, advisors may only submit ratings (like/dislike). Comments and opinions from advisors are available only while you have active Anton Prime access (paid subscription, promo, or open beta testing — as shown in the App).
8.6. The Operator does not monitor private advisor comments in real time. All advice and interactions within the advisor group are at your sole risk and responsibility. The Operator bears no liability for the content of advice or for actions taken based on it.
8.7. Advisor opinions about you are user-generated content subject to moderation. You may delete any advisor opinion at any time. Inappropriate opinions should be reported via the in-App reporting feature.
8.8. Misuse of the feature (harassment via comments, sharing access with unauthorised individuals, posting prohibited content) is strictly prohibited and may result in revocation of advisor access, suspension, or permanent deletion of your account.
8.9. You may remove any advisor or disable the feature entirely at any time in App settings.
9.1. The App offers an Anton Prime subscription with expanded functionality. The current list of benefits is published in the App and, when payment is enabled, at pay.anton-dating.ru.
9.2. Open beta testing. During open beta testing, the Operator may grant all registered Users access to Anton Prime at no charge, without paid checkout in the App. Payment processing may be disabled. Users are notified in the App when beta testing starts, changes, or ends. After beta testing ends, the normal subscription rules in this section apply.
9.3. Promo access for new Users (outside open beta or after it ends): the Operator may grant new Users a one-time complimentary Anton Prime period (for example, 1 or 3 months) on first use of matching — as shown in the App.
9.4. Paid subscription. When payment processing is enabled, payment may be available through channels listed in the App (including RuStore and the secure payment page pay.anton-dating.ru). Until payment is enabled, paid checkout is unavailable; Users are notified in the App.
9.5. The Operator may change subscription benefits, pricing, and terms with notice as provided herein. Changes do not entitle Users to a refund of amounts already paid unless required by applicable law.
9.6. After a paid subscription expires, features activated during the paid period are not retroactively removed where that would materially harm your experience. Advisors connected above the base limit may remain; advisors’ ability to leave comments and opinions requires your active Anton Prime access (paid, promo, or open beta — as shown in the App).
9.7. The Operator is not liable for temporary unavailability of subscription features due to maintenance or other circumstances.
10.1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, generally accepted moral standards, and these Terms when using the App.
10.2. The following is strictly prohibited:
10.3. Violation of these rules will result in account deletion without possibility of restoration. The Operator reserves the right to report violations to law enforcement authorities.
11.1. The Operator moderates content posted by Users to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
11.2. Moderation is carried out manually by moderators who access the administrative panel exclusively via two-factor authentication. All moderator actions are recorded in an audit log.
11.3. For the purposes of safety and enforcement of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to monitor the content of chat messages between Users, including in connection with complaint reviews.
11.4. You have the right to submit a complaint (report) against another User in the event of a violation of these Terms or applicable law. Reports are submitted through the App interface directly from the chat or profile, with a reason specified.
11.5. All submitted complaints are reviewed by the Operator within no more than 14 (fourteen) calendar days. Following review, the Operator may:

11.7. Submitting knowingly false complaints is a violation of these Terms and may result in sanctions against the User who submitted the complaint.
12.1. You may contact technical support via the built-in Anton support chat available directly within the App, or by email at anton.help.app@gmail.com, regarding:
12.2. The Operator undertakes to review User requests and provide responses within no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt.
12.3. The Operator does not guarantee round-the-clock (24/7) real-time support and may prioritise the review of requests at its own discretion.
13.1. You may edit your profile information at any time through the App interface. Changing your main profile photo automatically revokes your verification and requires you to undergo re-verification.
13.2. You may change your email address via App settings, with confirmation of the new address by entering a one-time code (OTP).
13.3. You may obtain a copy of your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON) via the Export data item in App settings, or by emailing anton.help.app@gmail.com.
13.4. You may close your account at any time through App settings.
13.5. After you close your account:
13.6. Chat message content and related metadata may be kept in anonymised or limited form for periods required by applicable law and the Privacy Policy, and are then deleted.
14.1. All rights in the App, including its design, graphics, source code, algorithms, logos, trademarks, databases, and other elements, belong to the Operator or are used on a lawful basis.
14.2. You do not acquire any intellectual property rights of the Operator, except for the right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
14.3. Copying, reproducing, modifying, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the App or any part of it without the Operator's written consent is prohibited.
14.4. By uploading content (photos, texts, questionnaire answers) to the App, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use such content for the purposes of providing App functionality, displaying content to other Users within the matching algorithm, processing by algorithms to improve Service quality, and moderation.
14.5. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to the content you upload to the App and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.
14.6. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by another User, you must send a notification to anton.help.app@gmail.com with a detailed description of the alleged infringement and evidence of your rights.
15.1. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties, express or implied.
15.2. The Operator does not warrant:
15.3. The Operator shall not be liable for:
15.4. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, compliance with applicable law when using the App, the consequences of your interactions with other Users, and the security of your account credentials.
15.5. If the Operator suffers loss as a result of your actions, you agree to indemnify the Operator for all damages, including fines, court costs, and legal fees.
15.6. The Operator's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims relating to the use of the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to the Operator, if any, or (b) one thousand Russian rubles (RUB 1,000).
15.7. The Operator is not liable for temporary App unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or other circumstances.
16.1. The Operator reserves the right to discontinue the App, suspend its operation, or modify its functionality at any time.
16.2. The Operator may block or delete a User's account in the following cases:
16.3. Account blocking may be temporary or permanent depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
16.4. The Operator is not obligated to refund any amounts paid for the Anton Prime subscription in the event of account blocking due to your violation.
17.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. For Users located in the European Union, the provisions of the GDPR apply where applicable. For California residents, the CCPA/CPRA applies where relevant. Any mandatory local consumer protection laws shall also apply.
17.2. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the use of the App shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
17.3. A pre-dispute claim procedure is mandatory. You must submit a claim to anton.help.app@gmail.com with a detailed description of the circumstances of the dispute. The Operator undertakes to consider the claim and provide a response within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
17.4. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 (thirty) calendar days, it shall be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
17.5. For citizens of the European Union and other jurisdictions, applicable local law provisions shall apply to the extent they do not conflict with the laws of the Russian Federation.
18.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
18.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions.
18.3. Failure by the Operator to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
18.4. These Terms take effect from the moment you begin using the App and remain in force until your account is deleted or the Operator ceases to provide the Service.
18.5. These Terms are available in Russian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Russian-language version shall prevail.
18.6. Use of the App also constitutes your acceptance of the Operator's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
